This guide explains how to access the online portal for VoIP / Cloud PBX

Applicable to

All Sr Geek Consulting VoIP Cloud Services users

Prerequisite

You must be a Sr Geek Consulting VoIP Cloud Services user

How to

From the online portal, you can see your call logs and recordings, configure your extension on your cell phone, update your email address, configure your call forwarding / follow me calling rules, and manage your voicemail box.

The online portal is found at https://voice.srgeek.com.

Your login and password should be supplied by your system administrator. Contact Support if you don't have that information.

The first time you log in you will be prompted to change your password.
